Chief Financial Officer | Co-Founder
A Brooklyn native with over 20 years of experience, Razul achieved financial freedom through real estate by age 22 and built a multimillion-dollar portfolio. As CFO, he leads RLJ's financial planning and investment strategy, bringing focus, consistency, and strategic insight to every project while advancing the mission to create ownership and equity through conscious development.
